ARR Live – TERMS OF SERVICE, TERMS & CONDITIONS, AND PRIVACY POLICY

    Last updated: 25/01/2026

    (Single Unified Document)

    TERMS OF SERVICE

    1. Introduction

ARR Live ("we", "our", "us") provides a platform that allows users to connect third-party services, view metrics in dashboards, generate reports, set alerts, compare data, and export information.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this document, which constitutes ARR Live's Terms of Service, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

    2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

ARR Live is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13.

Users aged 13 to 17 may use the Service; however, certain features — including paid services, purchases, or other restricted functionality — may be limited or unavailable.

Full access to all features is available only to users aged 18 and over.

We may introduce additional feature restrictions over time to comply with legal, regulatory, or operational requirements.

    3. Accounts and Responsibilities

    You are responsible for:

    • maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account
    • ensuring information you provide is accurate
    • all activity occurring under your account

    4. Connected Services and Authorisation

When you connect a third-party service using OAuth or similar authorisation:

    • you explicitly authorise ARR Live to access data within the scopes you approve
    • ARR Live does not collect passwords or login credentials
    • ARR Live's access is subject to the third-party service's own terms and availability

    Authorisation Scope Changes

If ARR Live requires access to additional data or expanded permissions, you will be clearly informed and asked to approve such changes before access is granted.

    PRIVACY POLICY

    5. Information We Collect

    5.1 Account Information

    We may collect:

    • name
    • email address
    • basic account identifiers

    5.2 Connected Service Data

Metrics and analytics data necessary to:

    • display dashboards
    • generate reports
    • enable alerts
    • perform comparisons

    5.3 Generated Outputs

We may generate and temporarily store:

    • dashboards
    • reports (PDF, Excel, Word)
    • snapshots or rendered views

These are outputs generated by the Service and are not raw third-party credentials.

    5.4 Usage Information

We may collect limited usage and diagnostic information to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

    6. How We Use Information

    6.1 To Provide the Service

Including integrations, dashboards, alerts, exports, and comparisons.

6.2 To Maintain and Improve the Service

Including performance monitoring, reliability improvements, and bug fixes.

    6.3 Aggregated and Anonymised Data

We may aggregate and anonymise data derived from use of the Service to understand overall usage patterns and platform behaviour.

    This data:

    • does not identify you
    • cannot be linked back to your account
    • cannot be used to re-identify any individual or organisation

    7. Automated Processing

We may use automated tools to process data at your request in order to generate summaries, insights, reports, or exports.

    These tools:

    • act only on your instructions
    • do not retain or reuse account-linked data beyond what is necessary to provide the Service

    8. Data Retention

Account-linked data is retained while your account is active and integrations remain connected.

Generated outputs may be stored for a limited period depending on service configuration and plan level.

Access tokens are stored securely and retained only while required to maintain active connections.

Aggregated and anonymised data may be retained indefinitely.

    9. Data Deletion and User Controls

You may disconnect integrations at any time, which immediately stops further data collection.

Upon disconnection, associated account-linked data will be deleted within a reasonable period.

You may request deletion of your account at any time.

Aggregated and anonymised data may be retained after deletion.

    10. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your account-linked data. You may exercise these rights through your account settings or by contacting us.

If you are located in certain jurisdictions, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws.

    TERMS OF SERVICE (CONTINUED)

    11. Service Changes

We may add, modify, or remove features or functionality of the Service from time to time.

Such changes do not require renewed acceptance of these terms unless they materially affect your rights or how your data is used. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.

    12. Business Changes, Transfers, and Continuity

ARR Live may, without requiring user notification or renewed acceptance of these terms:

    • change its name or branding
    • undergo ownership changes
    • be acquired, merged, or transferred
    • be placed under or transferred to a holding company
    • transfer operation of the Service to a successor entity

Any such change will not reduce your rights under this document. If personal data is transferred as part of such a transaction, it will remain subject to the protections described in this Privacy Policy.

Where notification is legally required, ARR Live will comply with applicable law.

    13. Fees

Certain features may require payment. Pricing and billing terms are presented at the time of purchase.

    14. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • misuse the Service
    • attempt unauthorised access
    • interfere with system integrity
    • use the Service in violation of applicable laws

    15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Metrics and analytics are provided "as-is" and may be delayed, estimated, or affected by third-party limitations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARR Live is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    16. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. ARR Live may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

    17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
