• Connect integrations to sync and display live data
• Follow creators and discover new products

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that harms the Platform or other users.

4. Marketplace Terms

4.1 Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on ARR.LIVE, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions and pricing for your products
• Deliver products or services as described
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not list prohibited, illegal, or fraudulent products

4.2 Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer on ARR.LIVE, you agree to:

• Pay for products as agreed
• Review product descriptions before purchasing
• Contact sellers directly for product support
• Use products in accordance with applicable laws

4.3 Platform Role

ARR.LIVE acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not party to transactions between users and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed.

5. Payment & Fees

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By using the Platform, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

5.2 Platform Fees

ARR.LIVE charges a commission on successful transactions. Commission rates are displayed during checkout and may be adjusted by platform administrators. Sellers are responsible for paying applicable fees.

5.3 Refunds

Refund policies are determined by individual sellers. Disputes regarding refunds should be resolved directly between buyers and sellers. ARR.LIVE may assist in dispute resolution but is not obligated to issue refunds.

6. User Content

6.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Platform (products, profiles, descriptions, images, videos, etc.). By submitting content, you grant ARR.LIVE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform.

6.2 Prohibited Content

You may not upload or submit content that:

• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Contains adult or explicit material (unless permitted)
• Harasses, threatens, or harms others
• Violates privacy or data protection laws

6.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, features, and functionality (including design, logos, text, graphics, software) are owned by ARR.LIVE and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Platform content without permission.

8. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARR.LIVE and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Quality, safety, or legality of products listed
• Accuracy of user-submitted content or metrics
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Third-party service interruptions (Stripe, hosting, etc.)
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to ARR.LIVE in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARR.LIVE from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law
